There are a wide choice of insulation products that can be used to insulate sheds ranging from fiber glass, wool, polyester etc, most of them with a layer of foil on one side: to the much more modern clean green radiant barrier foils. Some have a 10mm thick plastic bubble or foam in between two layers of foil.
